Although the firm of Goldberg & Beyer is located in historic downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania, our practice is not limited to Lancaster County. We are admitted to practice in any county within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and are willing to consider seeking admission to represent individuals outside of the state under the appropriate circumstances. Predominately, our representation is in Lancaster, York, Dauphin, Berks, Lebanon, Chester, Cumberland, Delaware and Adams Counties. Our primary jurisdiction for federal cases is the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, however, we will seek admission to other jurisdictions if the need arises.
