Do you have payment plans?
All of our fees, and the payment thereof, are agreed upon in writing prior to engaging our representation. Our fee structure is designed to eliminate hourly billings, thereby facilitating the continued communication between our office and our clients without a concern for "running up a bill." However, if a payment plan is needed, it can be discussed individually with the attorney at the time of entering into a representation agreement.
What is the cost of a prison visit?
The cost of a prison visit depends upon the location of the prison and the expected length of the visit based upon the individual and the charges pending. The typical price for a prison visit at the Lancaster County Prison is $100.00. Our fee for prison visits does not include the cost of an interpreter, if one is needed. If those services are necessary, our office will be able to provide you with the cost of the interpreter prior to engaging our services for the prison visit.
Does it matter which attorney I hire?
Goldberg & Beyer operates as a "team." The office is well staffed with attorneys and legal assistants, with direct access to a private investigator and virtually all other services needed during the course of our representation. If you hire one of us, you get all of us!
